- Fire up the grill to medium heat and place the choma sausages on to cook.
- While the choma sausages cook, peel the onions and soak them in salty water for 10 minutes.
- Next, chop up the onions, tomatoes, dhania and chilli peppers. Mix them together, then season with a pinch of salt and some lemon juice.
- Slice the choma sausages down the middle and fill with kachumbari.
